This page says what the clinic collects through this site and what it does with it.

What we collect

What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number and message. We also see basic visit information, like the pages viewed and the kind of device, so we can keep the site working.

How we use it

We use form details to read your request and reply. We use visit information to fix and improve the site. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who sees it

Our lawyers, staff and student or volunteer helpers working on intake. Service providers that run the site and the forms may process it for us, and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Requests we don't take are deleted after a limited time. If we take your case, the file follows our records rules for client files.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you've sent. Email us at help@mockingbirdclinic.org or call, and tell us what you want changed.
