Everyone should be able to read this site and use its forms. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, level AA.

What we've done

Pages use real headings, labelled form fields, descriptive text for images and links that make sense on their own. You can enlarge the text and the pages will reflow.

If something doesn't work for you

Tell us which page and what went wrong, by phone at (901) 555-0147 or by email at help@mockingbirdclinic.org. We'll fix it and get you the information another way in the meantime.

Help at the office

Ask for documents in large print, an interpreter, captioning or a meeting held in a place you can reach. Tell us what you need when you contact us, and we'll arrange it.
